2. Download LEANPower! intake forms and fill them out.

3. Fax or scan/email completed forms to Linda for review.

4. Connect by phone or Skype for your initial 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals. Linda will create your customized health and fitness plan.

5. Stay motivated and on track with ongoing support, weekly check-ins and program upgrades.
