Resistance Training
Building strength will allow you to function optimally at every stage of life.  Better yet, the more lean muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest.  As your body fat decreases, you’ll begin to see that strong and defined physique with the goal of maintaining it for the rest of your life.  

Cardiovascular Conditioning
Many people either under-train or over-train when it comes to their “cardio” workouts.  The research overwhelmingly concludes that short-duration low- to moderate-level aerobic activity has no benefit for weight loss over dieting alone.  Using science-based interval training protocols, Linda will show you how to build your cardiovascular strength and ultimately burn the most calories possible in each and every workout.

Core Strengthening
The “core” is the power center of the body and creates a strong foundation for all movement.  We’ll increase your abdominal and lower back strength to keep you pain-free in all of your workouts, and create that slim waistline to make all your clothes look great!
