Hal joined Linda’s 8-week LEANPower! Weight Loss Challenge. He was very focused and had a real competitive side, so he applied himself every step of the way, all while having a great time. His results were very inspiring, and it was exciting to witness his transformation. This was his take on it:

Monica didn’t have very much weight to lose, but she had been unsuccessfully trying to lose that last 5 to 10 pounds for a very long time.
